Janet S. Seitlin, Esq. has been a full time mediator since 1988, initially working with the Mediation and Arbitration Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit.  Among the first mediators certified in Florida, Janet has handled over 3,500 cases where her multi-disciplinary experience allows her to deal effectively with both family and civil matters.  She is a Certified Facilitator having worked with FDOT as an intergovernmental liason handling Public Policy Facilitation. Janet has also served as an Adjunct Mediator for Workers Compensation with the State of Florida Dept. of Labor and Employment.  Janet helped develop the Victim Offender Mediation Program in Dade County.  She is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where she is currently an Adjunct Professor teaching the Mediation Skills Workshop.  Janet is a Certified Circuit Civil, Family, County and Victim-Offender Mediator.
