JOHN W. SALMON, Esq. was named a Distinquished Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators at its annual conference in Rockport, Maine. The College is a one of the premier organizations of highly experienced mediators in the nation.
JOHN W. SALMON, ESQ. was recently promoted to the rank of Shodan - 1st Degree Black Belt - of the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association at the 2008 International Training Camp in Raliegh, North Carolina.
JUDGE MICHAEL J. SAMUELS has joined our panel of neutrals. A former Miami-Dade County Court Judge, Michael has extensive mediation and arbitration experience having been a full time mediator and arbitrator for Miami-Dade County before being elected to the Bench. He has mediated over 1,000 Circuit Civil and Family cases. His mediation specialties include personal injury cases, business and commercial disputes and family law.

MICHAEL H. LAX has joined our panel of mediators. Michael has a “AV” Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell as a civil trial lawyer. He is a certified circuit court mediator who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1974. He is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Court Appointed Arbitrator. He has litigated, arbitrated and mediated large complex civil cases in the areas of business and commercial disputes, insurance disputes, intellectual property disputes, medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury. His mediation specialties include: business and commercial disputes; insurance matters, medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
MURRAY H. DUBBIN, ESQ. has joined our panel of mediators having recently retired after many years as City Attorney for Miami Beach. Murray is an experienced mediator with expertise in local government, land use and environmental disputes, contract, tort, constitutional and employment matters. JUDGE D. BRUCE LEVY joins our panel of distinguished mediators following twenty plus years on the Circuit Court Bench. TWO MORE MEDIATORS JOIN THE FIRM: Salmon & Dulberg Mediation Services announces that Martin A. Soll and Elaine E. Feldman have joined our panel of mediators. Both bring years of mediation experience to the firm. Mr. Soll is a well known mediator and arbitrator with extensive experience in the areas of employment discrimination, personal injury, commercial, admiralty, aviation, insurance and family law. Ms. Feldman, a former In-House Mediator for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, specializes in commercial, banking, real estate, personal injury and family cases. Both are certified Circuit Civil, Family and Federal mediators.
JOHN W. SALMON NAMED AS ADJUNCT PROFESSOR OF LAW: The firm is pleased to announce that John W. Salmon is now an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Florida International University College of Law teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution. John was previously an adjunct in the College of Business at FIU teaching business law for over 15 years.
