Martha is our wonderful, incredibly efficient ADR Coordinator.  She is responsible for scheduling of mediations, arbitrations -both binding and non-binding-as well as meetings between our neutral umpires and appraisers. 

A graduate of Miami Senior High School, Martha holds an Associate of Arts degree from Miami-Dade Community College.  Prior to joining Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, Martha worked in the Legal Department at Republic National Bank of Miami.

Martha has the toughest job of all - juggling two bosses, seventeen mediators, one husband and the cutest daughter you have ever seen.  And she does it all so easily.
