Martin A. Soll, Esq. is a well respected mediator and arbitrator throughout the State of Florida.  He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and DePaul University School of Law.  He holds a Masters of Labor/Industrial Relations from Loyola University Institute of Industrial Relations.  Martin is a Certified Circuit Civil, Family and Federal Mediator who has mediated thousands of cases in the areas of employment discriminations and labor law, personal injury, commercial, admiralty, aviation, insurance and family law.  His is a Diplomate Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and serves on the mediation and arbitration panels for several prestigious organizations including the National Academy of Arbitrators, EEOC, Department of Justice, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, National Mediation Board, AAA Labor/Management and Employment Panel and the National Association of Securities Dealers.  At the St. Thomas University Law School, Professor Soll teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution and Collective Bargaining.
