Joan A. Berk, Esq. is a Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator who has joined Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution following a distinquished career as a trial lawyer in South Florida as well as New York.  A graduate of the University of Miami Law School, Joan has praciticed extensively in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Products Liability law with such prominent firms as Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker and Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold.  She is a sought after lecturer on such topics as "Winning the 'Slip and Fall' Case and "The Management and Trial of Medical Malpractice Cases" for the Practicing Law Institute and the New York State Trial Lawyers  Association. In addition, Joan has a great deal of experience in the use and management of structured settlements.
