Leonard Rivkind, Esq. brings to the mediation table over twenty years of respected judicial service.  Judge Rivkind served as a Circuit Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1975 through 1996 and was elected by his peers as Chief Judge from 1991 to 1995.  Judge Rivkind is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law with both Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, and Master of Laws degrees.  He is a former Adjunct Professor in the Litigation Skills Program at the University of Miami School of Law.  Judge Rivkind is certified as a Circuit Civil and Federal Mediator.  As a well recognized jurist, professor and author, Judge Rivkind is especially suited to mediate all types of circuit civil cases.
